Social & Wellbeing Support

Our social and wellbeing support is provided in person and is designed to support connection, independence, and overall quality of life for older people and NDIS participants. Support is flexible and tailored to individual goals and needs, and may include social engagement, companionship, emotional support, and assistance to maintain routines that support wellbeing.

Phone-based wellbeing check-ins are also available for participants who prefer or require remote support (minimum session times apply).

We recognise that everyone’s circumstances are different. Please contact us to discuss your individual needs, goals, and funding arrangements so support can be designed in a way that works best for you.

Each 50-minute counseling session provides a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings. The sessions aim to promote self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth, helping clients to navigate life's challenges effectively.

In-person counselling is offered in the comfort of your own home or at a mutually agreed public place that feels safe and supportive for you. Sessions can also be delivered as a walk and talk, combining gentle movement with therapeutic conversation in a relaxed outdoor setting. This flexible approach supports connection, reflection, and wellbeing in a way that feels natural and grounded.

Online counselling provides accessible and confidential support from wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions can be delivered via telephone or secure video call, offering the same professional, compassionate care as face-to-face counselling—without the need to travel. This option is ideal if you prefer flexibility, privacy, or support from your own space.
